Foraging by Boat

Sailing as First Mate with Sail Britain on a week-long voyage exploring the wild larder of Scotland’s west coast. Joined by wild food educator Mark Williams of Galloway Wild Foods, we foraged along remote shorelines, learning about the rich diversity of habitats that support an incredible variety of herbs, fungi, and seaweeds. Each anchorage offered a new opportunity to connect with the landscape through taste, knowledge, and the rhythms of life at sea.
